Please refer to the following information when returning products delivered from the website.

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the products fault within 3 working days of it being delivered to you.

To arrange for the product to be collected,Email or call us on (01924) 457600 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. Once the product has been collected we will either provide a replacement or process a refund.

You can also choose to return the product at your own expense to our address (below) with proof of purchase, for a refund. Delivery charges for cancelled orders will not be refunded. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on cancelled orders.

All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
